Just no. I attended 4 different schools. I've guest lectured at dozens of universities across many states. If you pulled this shit at midnight during finals when people are either trying to study or sleep to wake up at 6am for an early final your door is getting kicked in and any number of pinned fire extinguishers, buckets of fluids, spoiled food, etc. is getting tossed in your dorm or you're getting an ass beating.
