As an instrument player, watching him play kinda makes me jealous of his skill, but it also makes me respect him for his level of dedication to his playing. It's honestly really cool!

공부하면서 듣자고 했는데 계속 보다 보니까 다봣음
Can someone explain how he slaps the guitar and plays at the same time? That's the hardest part for me and practicing/watching his other videos don't really help me.
That's the only thing preventing me from playing a lot of songs.
He uses his palm to hit the guitar when he plays the strings at the same time. Most of the time. When he hits the strings with his thumb its usually after he plucks the string.
it's actually the black strip he hit the strip with his nails to get t he sound
val arie No..? It's a pickup. He get the clicking sound from hitting his thumb against the low strings which hit the fret board causing it to make that sound.
It took me a while. Repetitive but simply smallest the low strings. When you have to play a note or notes with it you extend the other fingers (barely) as you slap it to play those notes....at least how so I do it. If you know a better one let me know lol
He's using the left side of his thumb to slap the top strings, on parts where you have to play a note as well as the slap, you slap with your thumb but also use your fingers to strum at the same time. It takes alot of practise
I said I was gonna learn how to play it how he does and here I am 1 year later finally able to play this but not as clean as him, I've attempted to learn other songs from him and his Play style is slowly becoming more recognizable and familiar, but when I try to learn guitar off of someone else it's like I'm learning guitar all over again
no words to express his skills and talent. . jus gotta being jealous of his epic playing ;o

I would start by learn everything but the tapping parts! Just the melody on its own isnt that hard. Its the flippin multitask for the right hand!
LillaMartin In my opinion, that's a pretty counterproductive way to learn this tab. It's all about the muscle memory. Skipping over a fundamental part of the tab will only mean you'll have that much more work to do later on. Again, just my opinion.

He can play like that because he has no other work than playing guitar... so, it makes him rich and he does not need to work anymore because he can really play guitar uniquely and it also makes him to practice more... if he don't practice, how can he be like that? my point is, Sungha can only play like that because of his aggressively playing. PRACTICE is the only solution. Try to leave your works out there and just play guitar and you'll see. But I didn't tell you to do it. + DON'T be so rude on your replies. PEACE!
agree that if we spend time on practicing, we can play guitar good. but I saw a clip in which Sungha played guitar very good since he was very young, so I think he's some kind of genius in guitar :D

Sungha started playing guitar i think when he was 3 years-old? i'm not really quite sure but yeah he's still young when he started. A talent becomes a TALENT when you think and also what other people think you are good at something, in Jungha's case it's playing guitar. people can have talent in guitar too if they just have the dedication to learning it and enhancing too. and if you want to learn like him and you have difficulty because of work? then there's so called time management. i'm not being rude here i'm just saying :) no offense meant ^^ and besides i'm the same age as Sungha ^^
