Asheville kicked ass. The entire fall was ridiculous. Laramie was so much fun. The 4 post-Memphis shows to close the tour were hot. Bloomington, IN, Champaign, Murray and Carbondale. Just really awesome playing overall. Fall 99,00,01 kicked all the ass.
I recently learned how play the basic guitar track to Airplane and thought it must have been two tracks put together to sound like one. Nope, Mikey had his pinky planted throughout the verse sections to do it as revealed by the straight ahead camera angle. It wears my hand out to do it but he is looking all effortless (as always) doing it while also singing the lead. He was so good.
Damn I miss the sound of a WB HB-35 and a masterfully played Tele. This is WSP…. These videos of them in the mid to late 90’s -00’s are gold. All the oak mtn runs, nolaween, new years , classic center, new years…. Straight🔥 Ty very much for posting.Would love to see Knoxville 4-20-01 surface. Ty again

I saw panic at tips in Nawlins in December 1993, still in their bar days. Tips was phenomenal. Best show I’ve seen of the panic boys..
