This cost-effective fully automatic robotic unscrambler with integrated bottle hooper and feeder was developed by U2 Robotics group for sensitive bottles (no scuffing) and tool-less changeover (SMED). Machine can handle wide range of bottles with speeds of up to 60ppm with one robot and 120bpm with two robots. It's operator friendly and require minimum attention from operators and maintenance team (just set it and forget it concept). Clear guarding provides full visibility of the machine. System can be integrated with cleaning station, inspection, orientation, with or without pucks, and with various types of conveyors (magnetic, vacuum, conventional).
