Wow, I don't really see Tzuyang eating a lot Mexican inspired food. So, it's a treat as a Mexican-American and the fact that I'm from L.A. in Southern California to see this type of food. It looks great. I knew that last tortilla was going to get dried out though. If you don't have a tortilla warmer, just get a large baggie and some warm slightly damp paper towels and put the paper towel in between each tortilla. Make sure the towels are not too wet though. You can warm them in the microwave but just for 10-15 seconds. Just keep the rest in the microwave to stay warm until you're ready for the next tortilla. If you don't have baggies, use a kitchen towel and do the same thing with the paper towels. Just a few tricks so your tortillas don't dry out or get too soggy. 😎👍
