I wish I had saw this video while working at Bestbuy. The management constantly referred to us as family, overtime was expected and unpaid for. Management would push you to sell, sell, sell, as if you were getting paid commission. Eventually I got laid off for no reason other then cost cuts. The family red flag is real, and unfortunately I was too young to realize it back then.
Is there a way to get part time and prn jobs as a new grad? I'm fine with a regular orientation, but I'm caring for a sick parent at home, so a full time, rotational job isn't right for me.
