Required Documents List:
Step 1:
Find your field of professor in Malaysian Universities.
Step: 2
Send an Email to the Professor for Master's or PhD Supervision and get the acceptance.
Step: 3
Access the MIS application via the online system: biasiswa.mohe....

Fill out the Application Form and upload the required documents in PDF format:
Step 5:
Upload Required Documents:
Certified copy of the passport (valid for at least 6 months)
Certified academic transcripts:
Undergraduate transcripts (and master’s transcripts for PhD applicants)
Record of all courses taken
Certified document from the alma mater describing the grade system if not included in the transcript
Certified copy of English Proficiency test result (IELTS/TOEFL) or an official letter stating English as the medium of instruction
Two Letters of Recommendation
Admission letter to a Malaysian university (if already undertaking or secured admission for postgraduate studies)
Curriculum Vitae
Research Proposal (for Masters by Research and PhD applicants only)
After submitting the application print the application and Put your Passport-size picture on Pdf, sign/ attest from any 17 or 18 Government officer, and scan and upload again.

Please confirm this: first, you have to take admission to any Malaysian university, then apply for scholarships following the guidelines. These universities are not my priority for where I want to go, but I have applied to them. From these three universities, I will be selected, and then my scholarship will be processed. Please check the guidelines and correct me if I am wrong.
Are there any application fee for these universities?
This is also my question. And then what if admission from uni is accepted but not for the scholarship? Must i go to uni by self-funded? Besides, i also confuse to get financial guarantor.
Should You apply to the university or the scholarship first?
Ans: It is advisable to apply for the MIS scholarship first. This is because Malaysian universities charge an application fee. Securing the scholarship first will save you from this expense. Once you have received the scholarship, you can proceed with applying to the university of your choice from the list of 22 universities provided by the scholarship program.
Only apply for a scholarship . If you get a scholarship then apply to university
