- Maxwell Keeper (Neil Campbell) expresses his love for the fourth dimension in his usual pidgin Shakespearean dialect. Concerned parent Pearl Henderson (Ego Nwodim) blusters her way onto Merrick Garland’s Parent Terrorist Watchlist. Financial advisor Doug Gropes (Ryan Gaul) repeats mantras and, I suspect, a few bumperstickers. Pop star Martin Sheffield Lickley (Drew Tarver) shares his latest pensive melodies ruminating on the continuing death of his son. The shadow of January 6th hangs heavy over the entire proceeding.
I feel like nobody remembers how to be who they are in this episode. Time Keeper randomly bringing up a cartoon he drew once is an instant classic at least
Ryan Gaul is so damn funny consistently
Real funny episode.
Hurry my knee is hurting I was recently diagnosed with BIRD BONES
Brilliant
Ego swinging and missing on this tour. Oof. The rest of the cast is great as always
I haven't gotten to her segment on this one, but I loved jet Entre P Nuer in Canada. I love that it's an awful failure trying to play the game of not knowing the name for a thing. It feels like a joke for the cast.
The audience doesn't seem to agree with you
@EpicBeard815 the audience of a live stage show and the audience for a podcast are not the same... they are different experiences
The one without Paul...
I'm just glad we get another live episode without Dan Lippert screaming into a microphone...
There is that, I'm a subscriber to CBB world so I heard all of these as they came out and after Paul's segment some where unlistenable. Don't get me wrong I enjoyed the majority of the tour but sometimes the Dan Lipperts and Ego Nwoddems are rough. Lauren's absence was felt on this one...
@@eugeneschoenberger126 Couldn't agree more about Lauren.
@@eugeneschoenberger126 I finally feel heard. I'm never really a fan of either of their characters and I feel bad saying it. Dan Lippert is an immediate skip for me
Appreciate these live shows being posted , but I gotta say that overall I'm glad I didn't pay to go to a majority of these dates... the shows on this tour have been really clunky. PFT and Drew Tarver are 2 of my favorites, but even with them it felt like audiences got a bunch of B-side characters that just never quite gelled.
I kind of agree with you unfortunately. Scott was dealing with the baby coming and he seems disengaged in a lot of the eps. Not cool because I think the tickets to these are a bit pricey last time I checked. I also found myself surprisingly skipping a lot of PFT's stuff because I felt the majority of the characters he did were not his best.
The amount of Dan Lippert on the tour has been a real rough experience
@@CL-vx9dr yeah, he's aggressively bad...
