    Instead of asking do you have a criteria, ask what is your criteria

      You're right. Asking them 'do you already have a criteria for choosing a solution' is a simple yes/no question.. so a much better way of asking that is 'What is your criteria?' or "Tell me about your criteria for choosing a solution...

      Nope. I will transition into a "demo" where I share my screen at the end of the call but whilst we're chatting/discovery/qualification I want their attention on my fat head.
