YOU'RE RIGHT, they really paid a lot of attention and put a lot of care into creating these maps! Both of the skeletons are pretty accurate with correct numbers of bones and good arrangement, and the funerary mask of Tutankhamun has both Wadjet and Uatchit on the nemes! The sarcophagus is gorgeous as well, I think I can see Heru in falcon form, the vases are neat, and the whole room is polychromatic! Delightful. They put the eyeball in the wrong place however, that's the antorbital fenestra (literally meaning "opening in front of the eye hole") and those existed in dinosaurs to make skulls lighter, more flexible (allowing for cranial kinesis) and for better vasculature. I don't know how I misspelled vases as fases. Anyway, yes, it's hieroglyphs! "Hieroglyphics" has lately been accepted as a noun although "hieroglyphic" is actually an adjective, meaning "belonging to/related to hieroglyphs", which are the Egyptian pictorial writing symbols. I think the little pyramid in a bowl is a golden pyramidion, which is a capstone that existed on more advanced pyramids, but it was not in that shape. Some may have been covered in gold, we just don't know, because they were stolen. Pyramids are gigantic tomb monuments, so it makes sense for Anpu (Anubis) and Wepwawet (Ophois) to be the ones tied to a pyramidion as they're both funerary deities who acted as guides of the Dead. However, I don't recall any small pyramid relics used in funerary rites or as decoration. It's probably just an artistic choice for this musem (and the game) because it appears to be covering a lot of themes. AHA, I FIGURED IT OUT. It's a grave marker, like a tombstone, which did come in those shapes! Later Dynasties used small pyramidions to mark the private burial sites of more wealthy people, since the gigantic pyramid tomb model had been abandoned. Still, very strange placement, it shouldn't be in a firebowl xD
I SEE IT. The "Egyptian creature" was a cobra replacing the Wadjet uraeus on the nemes of the funerary mask. It's meant to be a colourful cobra made out of metal, instead there was an actual living cobra looking at the camera.
As with every Observation Duty-like game, Jacob spends too much time memorizing the objects and details in the first room for no reason, while anomalies already pop up on all the others.
I'd agree that he spends a lot of time memorizing the rooms, but I think that's what makes his playthroughs good. Otherwise it would take forever to beat it.

AHAHAHAHAH since I'm watching it in Picture-in-picture mode, I thought the Doctor Doom painting was Karl Marx.
Yeah, judging by his experience, this whole place is gonna take a LOT to take in when you're a gamer
Keep an eye on the HUD like clock, fake achievements and camera name. They can change.
The possession in the courtyard was the center door. It turned into a skull face
I really like the artstyle of this game! Reminds me a lot of old point and click puzzle games
23:40 that scared the hell outta of me
These games are always so much fun to see you play. Great to see the king retain his crown.
"Nitimur in vetitum" - strive after the forbidden

The thing that disappeared in the storage room was the red & white sticker on the crate on the left side of the room
At 8:00 the sign had changed from “Lot 2B” to “Not 2B”! Very sneaky!
