The effects on that bass and some of the vocals remind me of the late and mighty great Peter Steele of TON and Carnivore!!

Lol I heard it to! The bass riffs remind me of TON. Lots of Electric Wizard style drones and layers too! I’m sure other bands use them in similar ways but, my ears worship at the alter of Electric Wizard so that’s what I heard.
All that said. This is fucking awesome all on its own. Imma bout to throw money at this guy (guys). They have a new fan.
It doesn't have the same type of emotion that Type O Negative has but I can see the similarities.

@@HOLYEVOL Dunno, in my opinion he's not the First black metal artist, there were bands like necrodeath, mortuary drape, even the classic darkthrone before him.
@@DeYogs I've heard Darkthrone but not the others, I'll check em out. I started out listening to Cradle Of Filth and worked backwards throughout the black meetal genre. I think Dissection is the best legit black metal band honestly ; )

@@thodoris3790 you can’t win with some people. If it sounds like Sabbath it’s a rip off and if it doesn’t it not doom. If anything it’s more of an homage to Om with the distorted bass on its own and the low monotonous vocals.
