- We saw the dog laying on the street hoping he is alive.
But he wasn't. The car killed him.
Little puppy about four months old. We looked for more puppies. Two showed up and immediately run away into a pipe. Very scared.
In Serbia there are more and more abandoned dogs every day getting thrown out on roads.
In our shelter they will get all the vet care they need.
Soon we'll show you again these puppies when they are ready for adoption.

I know how horrible it is in serbia for homeless animals. vucjak shelter has nothing but heartbreak and difficulties, the gov't is not helpful, and police are corrupt. Heart breaking for all the stray dogs and cats. no one stops for an animal it ran over.

@@petar_d488 true, but I think it's both, bcs everywhere in the world animals (and people) die in or by cars. and I guess you can say that it's the people who drive the cars, but maybe, if there wouldn't be such fast cars, less animals and people would have to die?! my heart stops every time i see the cars racing past Milan when he's out there. people don't care bcs with their car they have a distance between them and the person/animal they run over. but for humans there are at least more or less effective laws that hold such reckless drivers accountable.
@@miasolala8415 Speeding is not good for anyone, but even if you drive at the speed limit and an animal jumps from the bushes right in front of you, there is no much you can do to avoid it, we cant curse drivers for that.
@@petar_d488 sure, not every driver but like i mentioned, so many drivers don't even slow down, even if they see the animal or the person on the street. i curse them and their damn cars. but i don't want to fight with you over this topic, you seem like a nice person, and i'm just angry/ heartbroken for another little soul gone too soon.
