This is, of course, part of a nationwide plan to chase men -- especially white men -- out of every occupation and field. This is the thanks white men get for building civilization. Also, the governor of New York claims that many black kids have never heard of computers. Protesters at Princeton attack the university for not providing medical aid to them as they choose to starve themselves. And an influencer on TikTok is here to inform us that it is our moral obligation to date fat people.

I work in heavy construction as an ironworker doing structural steel. Any time a woman is on the job site it brings the team down and we all have to work harder to make up for her. Yet they are guranteed a job every single time no matter what

When I was in basic training we had like 13 people collapse from heat exhaustion, all of them were women.

What women want to do construction??? They are more likely to be physically incapable of performing well at their job. It’s dirty. It’s sweaty. The only women I’ve seen doing construction hold roadside construction zone signs. Thank you to all men who do this dangerous job and all other similar jobs.
Wife and daughter of former construction workers. NOT a women’s job! Not even all men. It is an extremely difficult, physically demanding and high injury rate. They work in almost all weather. Summers are BRUTAL. Heat stroke and exhaustion for the crews was a constant concern and happened every single year. The injuries…here’s a few from the men I know
Nail through the pupil, concussion (many ways to get those-falling hammers, ladders, safety hats if you can believe) nail into the brain-he lived- falling off the wall/roof, crane operator moved wrong causing hundreds of pounds of wood to hit my husband, broken backs and ankles from falling, etc…I could go on.
I could NEVER do this nor do I EVER want to.
Men and women have different roles in society and that is JUST FINE!! Thank you men.

Whenever the Democrats see that a particular field is predominatly dominated by men, they automatically assume that's because women have been "kept" out. Ya, I'm a teacher and at the secondary level it's pretty even. It's the elementary level that's almost entirely women. Everytime my school hires a male to teach elementary they don't last long. Probably for many reasons, but one thing I notice is they don't have the organizational and multi tasking skills it takes to teach that many subjects and to keep all the plates spinning. Many of them are actually very good at building relationships with their students, but they struggle with keeping up with all the paperwork and endless documentation.

Actually, they had very little presence in most of the nation for most of the nation’s history. It wasn’t until I was 8 that I first saw a Black person in the flesh.

When I used to lift a lot of weights, I outlifted some of the guys in my high school gym. And I wasn't even some crazy weight training woman. These guys were just skinny and not in good shape.

As a straight white male that works in the construction sector I would love to have more women in the field. That way at least after I have to work harder and help them pick up their slack and listen to them complain about everything we’ll have someone to sweep up the site and make us lunch.

There are no easy high paying jobs unless you're in corporate. Construction management requires many years experience.

“Get more women into construction”? No one has kept us out . I am 61 and hung drywall and dug sump pump holes (there was a lot of development going on during the 80’s ) - it was good money during the summer while working my way through school .
Only one other woman was doing the work - the rest were guys.
Most women do not want to or cannot do heavy construction work. It’s that simple .
I live in a small mining town, our biggest employer for the mines recently did a huge hiring wave but only hired women to boost their diversity. Turns out more than half of them were fired before they made it past probation because they either couldn't handle the physical aspects of the job or they were safety hazards to everybody else around them

It's not because they lack fathers, they simply lack interest, just as women lack interest in construction. Not everyone wants to work with computers. Some are more into music, or sports. Or politics.
What they want is for us to serve them without pay
How many educational curriculums include lessons for women in carpentry...or roofing...or framing...or masonry? None, because rather than demand education in trades, feminists demand they receive the same pay as a skilled tradesmen without the knowledge, OR demand the requirements be lessened to include them.
Of course, they want women in construction. Construction workers are paid very well because you have to be a smart strong man to do the job adequately. But you can't pay a woman any less, even though she can't do the job because she is not as strong. So the end result is a woman getting paid 100-125% of what a man makes to do half the job. The fact that it leaves so many men unemployed is simply a bonus for them

Finally someone else said that small dogs are COMPLETELY USELESS!!!😄 people look at me like I’m a psychopath when I declare that I don’t find small dogs cute. The only reason I personally got a dog (German Shepherd) is because I’m a petite woman living in San Francisco, unfortunately. It’s impossible to obtain concealed carry permit so my dog is trained to protect me.

Not everyone gets a dog for protection. A lot of people get dogs for companionship. So, in that sense, they aren't useless. They're just useless to you.
I love big dogs also. But many people live in apartments that limit the weight of dogs, and many older people cannot handle a strong dog. So they're supposed to go without love and companionship?

It reminds me of the dichotomy between "stereotyping" and "celebrating our differences." I remember my High School and Middle School in Connecticut (yes, Connecticut, read that again, I was raised in the North) served fried chicken and watermelon on Black History Month. Anywhere else that would be considered an offensive stereotype but here it was "celebrating our differences" because they were a bunch of progressives.
