I have been buying comics on Ebay for years and do amazing. You just have to know about grading and what to look for. And Ebay is a great place to see what people are willing to pay for something. It does not matter what someone says a value of a comic is, it is what people pay. For example, if there is a comic that is listed as worth $5 in any price guide but the very next day that book has a character that is going to now be in a movie or TV, do you think that book is still only worth $5? The more you learn, the less likely you will ever get burned. The fact that he did not know what those comics were tells me, he has a lot to learn about comics (especially variants). I'm a deadpool fan so if u still have the deadpool slapstick I will take it and the hulk one to so that way u can make at least some of ure money back
The point in buyin em is to enjoy em.
Should have bought lottery tickets.
What is the site address? When I look it up, I get ToyUSA2011.
You got seriously Burned. 200/51.00
Any collector would love to have these.and even if not, sell them to someone who would with the purpose of helping another collector,.not to make money and benefit himself.
Damn you got slapstick 🤪 by them
never realized the Michael jordan life size cut out was autographed! nice man!
Its not, its a facsimile auto.
You should have tsken your $200 to the casino Lol
Sort Clint not how it works you don’t always get winner “””””mystery box”””””””” what did you not understand??????
As I recall, your still way ahead with what you spent for all the boxes of mystery comics. Mystery boxes are a gamble, this time the table beat you. The 2 other videos you were happy with your return but now you got beat your upset. Should have walked away while you were still winning. Everyone one wonders how these companies make money.....well this how. You have rolled the dice one to many times.
Yes...but this fatso treated it like a buffet he just couldnt stop eating from
@@Utubesanarc there is no reason to be mean and call clint a fatso.
Yes I unsubscribed because of the whining about the mystery boxes he didn't like but still no reason to be mean.
@@dragonan8459 what are you his mother!? If the guy didnt learn his lesson the first time than he put his foot in his mouth
You are looking in the wrong place. You have to look at a Comic Book pricing guide. They are best prices. The prices you look are looking is where people want it cheap.
I know this isn't right oh, but your best videos the most funniest ones or when you get shafted. I'm sure it's not a business model you can keep on doing. But your humor is hilarious. I'm sorry you have to be put in pain for your personality shine like a Star. Keep up the good work I'm a big fan. Thank you thank you thank you
Even if you had it graded it won't even help with prices wow I know a little about comic those are not the rare ones I thought Richy rich was rare but only poor little rich kid is.
The color Slapstick number 1 is one of 50.
No it is not 1 of 50, it was a 1 in 50 Variant
@@FranchiseKicks Ah, ok then I was misinformed. Thank you for correcting me.
A mystery boxes should be packed by blind people.
Hey I went to the toy USA website it was a ripoff go to TheSpiderManBooth the Saturday is the V3. & V4 boxes well worth the price check him out here on UA-cam.but the sales are exclusive so be early online. But only the V3 & V4 are worth it not the 30 Dollar box
Going to have to sell a bunch of Franchise Kicks shirts at $26+ to make up for being taken advantage of... ;)
Ok... So im not sure what your looking at on Ebay but from what im seeing those prices are way off. The Hulk is 125$, Detective comics 28$, Slapstick 1c color variant 75$, 1d sketch variant 150$. These are nm prices but check out the site i use for my comics its pretty on point with pricing. comicbookrealm.com
Watching this is killing me lol depending on condition you have like 370$ there lol.
Wow that first box with the Slapstick issues was crap..the 1 out of 100 variant in theory should be 100.00 but we can see what people value it as on ebay..the color version would be a more common one than the 1 out of 100 is..that hulk is alright on second box but man did you get burned on these..If you visit shop sites like Midtown..they have the B&W slapstick at 134 and the color at 67..so it is as i thought the color one is probably a 1 out of 25
Im going to tzke my $200 to the horseraces Lol
Try takin care of yourself better and enjoy the comics you want to have. It feels better then you think gets you by alot easier and more money to save without spendin it on what you dont want.
Resellers who try and resell comics usually don't go thru mystery boxes. It's common sense.
Wow! I would mark them off the list of reorder.
Bet if he hit ASM #1 it be a different story
I'm in Adelaide Australia & I'd like to know how I can buy customer return boxes & similar PLEASE? Also where can I find out how much the 2 rare comics I have are worth? DM via Twitter if you can help Clint. Thankyou🕊
Yer but got to look at it this way its a mystery no guarantee value and in your first one you made around 1000 in profit its all hit and miss you take the gamble hence the name mystery box
Ooooo I’m looking at the comments as the video has just started....😳 I’ll comment when I’ve watched video. God I hope it’s not that bad Clint
Oh my days Clint all I can say is I am shook. I know you take the risk with these things but even still the resale value on these comics are absolutely soul destroying. I absolutely love you videos but one thing that really chaps my ass is to see when you have been ripped off in this way. Surely this company has broken some sort of rule when it comes to these things as there has got to be some sort of guaranteed value back especially on $100 box. I’m really shook.
You got got
You got burned on the one Captain Spalding.
Comic mystery boxes never ever have grails. Most of them are garbage
That slapstick varient is like 39.99
Both combined are not worth 39.99
The 2 slapstick comics, in 9.4 condition, are worth about $200 together. The black & white is a minimum $100. That Hulk comic, at 9.4, is $125. This is the site I use. It is updated the 1st of every month. comics.zapkapowcomics.com/
Those prices you are quoting are all for high level graded comics, these aren't graded they are raw ungraded with minimal value to them as they sit
You win some you lose some....🤔😢
man im glad i didnt buy any i woulda went to their headquarters in person and made em eat every page then the board and sleeves
😺
