- Viña del Mar (Spanish pronunciation: [ˈbiɲa ðel ˈmaɾ]; meaning "Vineyard of the Sea") is a city and commune on central Chile's Pacific coast. Often referred to as La Ciudad Jardín ("The Garden City"), Viña del Mar is located within the Valparaíso Region, and it is Chile's fourth largest city with a population of 324,836 (according to the 2008 census). Viña del Mar is also part of the Greater Valparaíso area, the country's second largest metropolitan area (pop. 935,602, 2017 census), after the Metropolitan area of Santiago. The Greater Valparaíso Area is home to five municipalities: Valparaíso, Viña del Mar, Concon, Quilpue and Villa Alemana.

Chile is plagued with graffiti. Disruptive culture imported from the USA in the 70's, consolidated in the 90's, and now, symbolism of chaos promoted by the world left. Thanks a lot.

Qué comentario más absurdo y ridículo. La señalética es chilena y para su información en Chile se hace también para muchos países. Los semáforos son semáforos y existen muchos que se encuentran aquí o en muy pocos países. Usted me podría decir cómo son los semáforos en su país? otros colores, tienen brillitos, son de cuatro metros más altos , son rosados? Se respetan las leyes del tránsito en su país, los vehículos paran en las esquinas para dejar pasar a los peatones, tocan las bocinas por todo, Sería muy bueno ver esos aspectos que por lo demás son más importantes que el modelo de las señaléticas.
