Someone for the voice coming through. It's not safe for someone to be in this state of mind. I have been hurt in this way. I want this person to know, you don't have to be bullet proof. This person should know that, THAT PERSON did them wrong. It wasn't you that let yourself down. and that wanting to be bullet proof is the natural response and the natural recovery isn't what you want, but it is to love yourself again and then later be open to love.
