Personally for me nothing improved ping prior to me moving to Dallas, nothing I did ever made a difference, had the best internet provider I could get for a discreet area 10 minutes away from a place with 20K population so wasn't quality fiber internet, I got a router cooler, the best router and cables that were shielded cables which those help a bit, but I don't ever remember a single windows tweak for me helping internet latency, I could always improve my pc delay but never internet regardless of what I did, anti lag programs also made it worse, which im assuming was due to how rural my hometown was and pretty bad, the best performance boosts I did was getting my 4090 pc setup and highly specific windows tweaks and I do have ultra low OS latency for my specific setup now, way above Average and I don't think anyone's come close to mine with my cpu performance

@@gustavomagadan6331 it used to be good for very old systems that didn’t have much processing power - it’s now best to set buffers as low as possible (while still being stable) because newer computers can handle it! lower buffers = faster processing
