we all know how this game hard to be optimized, so they doing good now i guess(at least this game now looks acceptable to play, not like it was at the launch)

Yes. This is once again a matter of greedy management forcing unfinished software to be published. I've seen it in my field of IT-business too, but recently it has become most rampant in the gaming industry. And also on each and any platform.
I once had and a project at one of the really major players in the non-gaming industry. It was a huge one. On the week before the planned roll-out, the quality department told the management that the number of production stopping bugs they discovered was close to 2000! Nevertheless the management decided for the rollout next week and.... well - I think you can imagine what happened. (ah... and it was even worse!!)
