    I don’t know why watching your burns is so relaxing. Your getting more sunshine on the fields and that may help with that wet spot. But…you may have a spring.

    It is such a surprise to see the house from this angle with all of that open space. The Old Byrd Farm has crossed over into a whole new feel - it really has happened and in this video. I hope the summer heat will assist in drying up at least part of the swamp. Just marevelous my friend. Your hard work 💥💥👍👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    When I think back when I first started watching you …. you couldn’t see anything especially “ the Old Byrd Farm”. All you could see was those nasty wisteria vines. Now look at it. Wow! It’s amazing. You can see your land n the house. You’ve worked so hard at this n it’s paying off. I’m sure as proud of yourself as we are of you. Couldn’t have done it without that big orange tractor. It’s definitely been a God send. I’m loving what I see. ( I still say you’ve got a spring under ground. That mud should of least dried up some. Oh well, we’ll see come summertime.
    ♥️♥️😊👍🌟🌟

    when you're burning, to reduce fuel consumption, use a leaf blower to keep the pile lit. It'll also burn hotter really giving it to the wisteria.

    Hi Robert, Frank from Liverpool UK.
    I am still convinced you will have to create a pond area to aleviate your bog area.
    Remember you showed us your neighbors marshy land, it is a possibility it drains onto yours.
    Keep up the good work.

    • @cynthiaschulz5008
      @cynthiaschulz5008 Рік тому

      Robert, perhaps, in the past there was a pond in what is now the swamp/bog. Because it is always wet, it may very well be fed by an underground spring. Have you found any indication that there may have been a spring house in that area? A natural pond/small lake would be a lovely addition to the farm.
      I applaud your persistence, patience, and determination. Congratulations on the enormous accomplishments you’ve achieved by yourself in a relatively short time.

    It is lovely seeing that go back to being productive land. It is so sad to see so many places abandoned. The sad thing is that where there are no children being brought up in an organization or business, that organization or business has no future. There are so many old family farms where there are no children to take them over, and they languish.

Funny though, the more you clear, the better I can see the pretty purple evil wisteria blossoms. There is nothing better then an OBF burn pile and 3 in one video was just needed today, so thank you for that. OBF is looking better all the time.
