It is impossible to know the music structure from the first notes unless you know the tune. You have to listen to it for a bit longer. Let's say it's Swing - after the third eight-count you will feel it that it is it. In Blues, as in this video, you might understand it on the fifth eight-count. Also, most of the time, Swing and Blues structured songs have different flavors. The more you listen, the more you hear it and feel it. Hope it helped.
