I think jesy and jade just attack harder when they dance so she didn't come off as strong compared to them but when it came down to rhythm and execution she had it down. I definitely see the improvement though.
Jesy has the best energy, Leigh has the best whole body control, Perrie is the best for fun and Jade is the best technical dancer in the group. They are all amazing dancers in their own way. But clearly Jade is the best dancer because of the her technique and energy. She never misses solos or high/low notes. She is the most consistent vocalist because of the her breath control and dance technique. It's truth.

Even though she naturally has rhythm and can dance, she's definitely the "counter" of the group. As in it visually looks like she's counting steps in her head while dancing, which makes it look kinda awkward. I really didn't want to admit that but it's true. Also in this particular performance Perrie was the one REALLY grooving to the music while dancing. It all looked so easy and natural for her. And I've never been the person to really brag over Perrie because I think she gets it enough already for her amazing voice, but her dancing has become B+ borderline A

But Leigh just looks like she's caught up in trying to do the dance right so much that she doesn't exactly move naturally. She's still good though

people forget about this a lot and it's to thank the dancers they are always with the girls and they make little mix stages even more enjoyable their dancing is so great and they are so funny and friendly and I think we should thank them as well as the girls for their hard work
