Ostarine was shown to improve lean muscle mass in sick and elderly patients with muscle wasting. It does almost nothing for the average person and even less with world class trained athletes.
So what do y’all think is most likely? That an elite athlete was taking a PED for one of its mediocre effects? Or for one of its best effects?
