Secondly Sugar is good for health. So inform them, sugar free Srikhanda, like using Jaggary, while making Shrikhanda. Thanks for video

Shrikand I like it. But the problem I get is after eating I get dryness in the throat. I don't know why? That creamy sensation of ice-cream is not there.
Not hygienic. Jug niche thha waha hi khade rehte hai. Pair ka kachara shirkhand mai. Bathroom hai kya sink waha hai? Bare hands se fetana woh bhi hand wash kiye bager. Sab ka swad 😬.
Even no mother wears glove everytime she cooks at home... It's a home made product...not something a brand.... hand washing is something which is basic n followed before one cooks...or prepares any food items.
Vatsayana, Srikhand cannot be prepared with glove wearing hands. It needs human touch. Specially step2 where the sisters are churning n mixing it over a mesh. @ home we use muslin cloth at this stage, churning n filtering through cloth mixing sugar n chenna.. Else be happy with Amul n store bought Srikhands which are just sweet ointments.
