पहले दूध से दही बनाया, फिर दही से सारा पानी निकाल दिया अब फिर दही को भी 24 घंटा रखा, फिर दही को मसल कर फिर 24 घंटा रखो यानी 48 घंटे दही रखो तब उसमें फ्लेवर मिलाकर नाम दे दिया श्रीखंड । इससे
अच्छा क्यों ना हम सीधे दही का ही उपयोग करे । जबकि सुबह की दही को शाम या रात में भी नही खाते 48 घंटे की तो बात ही दूर है ।

Mahatmaji when u recording such videos, u have keep a mike with other people also. Some places of recording we can not make out what sisters are telling. Be professional, while recording a videos. Secondly Sugar is good for health. So inform them, sugar free Srikhanda, like using Jaggary, while making Shrikhanda. Thanks for video

Shrikand I like it. But the problem I get is after eating I get dryness in the throat. I don't know why? That creamy sensation of ice-cream is not there.

It's a home made product...not something a brand....
hand washing is something which is basic n followed before one cooks...or prepares any food items.
Vatsayana, Srikhand cannot be prepared with glove wearing hands. It needs human touch.
Specially step2 where the sisters are churning n mixing it over a mesh. @ home we use muslin cloth at this stage, churning n filtering through cloth mixing sugar n chenna..
Else be happy with Amul n store bought Srikhands which are just sweet ointments.
