Winner of the Speakeasy Shorts contest presented by Speakeasy DC, DC Shorts, and the DC Film Office.
On November 9th, eight storytellers told their tales in front of a live audience. Eight film teams heard these stories for the first time and had 5 days to write, shoot, and edit a film based on the stories.
Great short! I really enjoyed "Advancing Age" as well. Keep them coming.

No. She challenged and was wrong which meant he got the points for the word Moue, the last letter e landed on a double word score, He got 12 points for the word, which means he won-but he didn't want to, because he had a previous false word (wooziery). The Z landed on the double letter score and the y on the triple. So he gained a lead by lying. He didn't deserve to win, and he knew it.

I don't get it. Do you lose if you challenge and are wrong?
Did he honestly think he made-up a word?
If challenging does no harm if the word is real and he honestly thought he made-up a word, then there is no reason to be upset... right?
So what was the problem???
