He was really focused and playing extremely fast so his senses were probably really sensitive and heightened and really sharp/precise

Resampling allows for the effect of 1200fps within 60fps because of blurred frames. It's a default feature in Sony Vegas and one you can enable in Adobe Premiere. Frag movie creators usually use it to produce pseudo-motionblur.

It doesn't blur original frames together, but alters objects' appearance in a frame based on their velocity between frames, instead. This produces weird artifacts on any forms of text or static detail onscreen whenever a fast panning motion occurs. The resampling method does not do this and is much more preferred for post-process motion blur in FPS gameplay footage.

First problem u didnt setup obs correctly or ur using other programs but imma talk abt obs, u have to set the encoder to nvenc h 264(new), its ur gpu encoder, u need a nvidia gtx gpu. And be sure to set to max performance instead of high quality

Bro he just changed minecrafts settings to get this, and he is using a really low cpu and gpu intensive texure pack. I have a RTX 2070 Super and a i7 8700k and I can run fortnite highest settings at 250 fps
