As a huge fan of Jvnes I would say her latest album is much more warm and hopeful than some of her previous tracks which makes me so happy. To me most of this album feels like that childhood blanket that always used to keep you so warm and safe, something nostalgic, familiar and comforting
I like a lot of darker music, especially more noisy stuff. Maybe once I get into Jvnes other past works, I'll end up really liking them, and appreciating this recent release more in comparison.
@@DaleSalvadorI love almost all of her music but just about anything from her last album as sewerslvt is amazing. Her last album was a tribute piece to her late girlfriend who took her own life. one thing jvne is unparalleled at is her ability to incorporate her emotions into every song she makes and have that feeling bleed out to the listener, I’ve never found another artist that invokes the same kind of feeling in me, a mix of melancholy, despair, depravity, and weirdly hope, ( there’s more in there but those emotions are to profound and complex for me to describe or even fully comprehend myself) but the combination is known as “drowning in the sewer”
@@NymAestrell I need to get caught up on the "Lore" of Jvne. I'm noticing a lot of her albums have some kind of motive or story behind them. DITS seems to be a tribute, WHGTT,DFT i think was about her leaving the internet cause of drama. Other albums i don't know the backstory, but I assume they have one. Like the secret intro on DBAOD leave me to think there is SOMETHING more to the album, but I have no idea. I've seen a few video essays floating around about they're history/discography, so maybe I should check those out before I go into more albums. If an album has a clear motive or backstory to it's creation, I wanna know that BEFORE I listen to the album. Gives me more context that I think is very important to the experience.
Yee, I'm not a huge V-Tuber fan in general, but I dabble here and there. I don't watch Melody (let alone any other V-tubers), but I've scene her collabs with other UA-camrs (and I still bump those Ghost Data songs). Streams in general aren't my thing, Too long for my ADHD Brain
also at 22 minute and 23 second mark the top right of the album cover is a nod at skitzofrenia simulation, a earlier album by sewerslvt with the same face/eyes in it
What a beautiful moment to be alive
Any Cynthoni/Sewerslvt enjoyer is my friend
Good video
you are my friend :3

It's nothing but pure joy to see Sewerslvt post again, especially through a new set of eyes. As Cynthoni ❤
