I just feep so sorry for her and happy for her at the same time.
She's been hurt badly twice by two men that she cared about. That can make you stop caring for yourself and kill your self esteem. I'm glad she found a space to bloom - to forget what tried to bring her down.

So refreshing to hear this. Not many women can say they are completely happy with their body. Shes struggled, worked hard and still looks amazing.
There are women her age running to the surgeons for botox, lip fillers, tummy tucks, breast lifts and butt lifts but Mary is keeping it natural & real and she is nearly 50!! Waist snatched, legs toned, cute, pretty face & body with a strong, disciplined & focused mind. What a beautiful Queen she will forever inspire me.

I love how she talked about prayer so much because praying a meditation is so important. Even if you don’t pray it is so important to have positive affirmations and meditation. I don’t like to sit down and pray and meditate but one of the things that has helped me everyday is just reversing every negative idea I have. For example I might think“ im so scared I’m gonna screw up”. instead I say “ no, I’m amazing, I am so awesome and I’m gonna kill it”. You might think at first I sound really terrible and self centered and I need to be humbled but the more you can say I’m amazing the more you can say your amazing to others , the more you can say thank you when you makes mistake, it have to learn. It’s like when you are worried it gonna be a bad day so you try to block it out with good things and having good energy, but you do it everyday. Once you start doing this and getting used to it, you might notice how much happier you are , and how much more you smile. I’m not saying this is a cure to all your problems but trying to say things like this could help you feel better. 💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖
