He was really impressionable, and when he was learning from his mentors, it was his greatest strength. It was also his greatest weakness in the 90s, sadly. Listen to his interviews after his early fights though, he sounds like a big kid explaining exactly how he beat his opponent every time. He was a nerd for boxing.
