I really dont know which company you are working at in SK But Most major companies in SK like Samsung, LG, Hyndai offer quite good working conditions with affordable benefits to their employees since they should meet the several expectations and requirements from their own union. The is the reason why everybody desperately eager to get the job in major companies.

It's a shame that most of their player base (myself included) would consider them to be trash developers.
