I bought a bunch of wash cards, bath bombs, and lotions trying to find another Lush scent to fall in love with. I went to Lush in Europe and fell in love with Lust but there is no Lush store in my town.
It's actually really sad but the new paler colored Lust isn't the same as the old OG one that came out about 10 years ago. It was a dark red and would stain everything, but it smelled drier and sexier compared to the new version, that still smells great, but has a strong bubblegum base. The OG smells more like jasmine tea.
I have a bit of a love / hate relationship with Lush as many of the fragrances I have tried ‘ have been huge no’s and can’t stand Lady Boy and breath of God ‘ however I do like curb side violet and loved Potion the carnation scent and fever the jasmine one . I think I would love Sappho but would need to try first at that price . Thank you for another interesting episode. Able to catch up again as on holiday from work after just a week back 😂x
I fell in love whit Lost, it is bold, strong and lasts forever on my skin. Now I'm really curious about Frangipani. I hope it is not fresh, although many prefer this kind of parfum for summer, but not me 😅😋.
I'd like to hear your thoughts on Salarium, I found it very "designer" for Lush but it has grown on me ; although I think I would like it more on a male-bodied person. I'm super bummed that I can't get Himalaya in Canada.
Persolaise Perfumes I would also be really interested to know your top ten vetivers. I’m a HUGE vetiver fan but I don’t think you’re as wild about it as me. Which is why it would be so interesting! Would love to hear your extended thoughts on the note...
I love that idea. I adore many vetiver perfumes... but I rarely wear any, because Madame P HATES the smell, especially in its drydown phase. But I totally agree: it would be fascinating to try to think of my favourite vetivers. Do you have a single, all-time fave?
Persolaise Perfumes haha I have the same problem with geranium, my wife can’t stand it. So I only have FM GPH in a 10ml! My single vetiver fave would have to be Vetiver Tonka by Hermes. And at the other end, Vetiver Oriental by Lutens, which I didn’t like at all. But boy is there a lot in-between 😁
Perfect descriptions! I adore Lush perfumes for this very reason. Kinda grungy but ethereal at the same time.
Yes, grungy is a good word.
Thanks for watching.
I want to smell Sappho so bad! I hope they release Sappho for Christmas in NA being they’ve released Fresh As , Frangipani, and Confetti here.
Hmmm... hang on that query... ;-)
Thanks for watching.
@@Persolaise I will!😊 You’re welcome 🙂
Karma and Lust will always be favourites. I haven't tried any of the newer ones but I almost always love frangipani as a note
You’ll need to check it out, then 😊
Thanks for watching.
I've only just discovered Lush and I'm enamoured with Lust a beautiful jasmine scent I am very curious to smell Sappho & confetti
Ah, yes. Lust is another good one.
Thanks for watching 😊

That’s a shame. I think their online service is excellent, though.

Fresh As is love

Karma is the OG

So many good perfumes from Lush.
Thanks for watching.

I’ll try to keep a nose out for it 😊
Thanks very much for watching.
Is Frangipani a sweet almond essential oil scent or does it dry down to a more smokey scent?
Thanks for watching.
It's usually considered to be a white floral smell, from the plumeria.
Thanks, but I was asking specifically about the Lush Frangipani perfume, not so much the flower/note. 🤗
Oh no, sorry. I misunderstood.
But I don’t remember the perfume well enough to comment, I’m afraid. Sorry about that.
Frangipani dries down to a creamy vanilla floral scent, not at all smoky
Top ten pine fragrances would be ace Persolaise!
Oooh, yes. Great idea. And not an easy subject.

I don’t like making generalisations, but I know a lot of women who can’t stand the drydown of vetiver. Does your wife like the smell of grapefruit?
🎉🎉🎉
Thanks for watching.
♥Persolaise Perfumes
Thank you.
Alright Persolaise, I've got a new one for you. Bulgari Kobraa and also Erea
Haven’t heard of them 😆
@@Persolaise they're brand spanking new!
Heaven only knows when I’ll get to try them.
@@Persolaise I just can't wait to hear the marketing you get on it! They'll have a lot to live up to with a name like Kobraa
This is true! 😀
