Martin Pyrker, der bereits auf über 40 Jahre Bühnenerfahrung zurückblicken kann, entfachte in Österreich 1972 das Boogie Woogie Feuer und brachte auch gemeinsam mit H.G.Möller und Axel Zwingenberger die erste österreichische Boogie Woogie Schallplatte "Boogie Woogie Session '76" auf den Markt, die sogar in den Hitparaden von Ö3 Eingang fand.
Seit 1999 begleitet ihn immer öfter seine Tochter Sabine am Schlagzeug und am Waschbrett. Auch sie kann mittlerweile auf eine professionelle Karriere verweisen: Mehrfache "Prima La Musica" - Preisträgerin, zahlreiche Tourneen mit dem Joachim Palden Trio samt Dana Gillespie und Betty Semper, Drummerin ihrer Band "The Rocking Birds", Solokonzerte mit klassischem Schlagwerk sowie seit vielen Jahren Mitglied in Martin Grubinger's renommiertem "The Percussive Planet Ensemble".

Both Martin and Sabine fantastic. Never heard a Bosendorfer sound better, and Sabine's drumming - Wow! Best drummer in the world. Love that smile: brightens up lockdown no end!

@@ernesthabi I just love the way Sabine plays the DRUMS. She is one of my Favorites. She has the style of Gene Krupa and her Timing is impeccable. Great Drummer and her Dad, man he just Smokes that Piano. So fast, so accurate. They are Great. Hope they would come to the U.S. in the Future.
