Drought Response Emergency Cash Transfer should be transparent

Kazungula District Commissioner, ELIAS SIAMIBILA has urged people in charge of selecting beneficiaries of the Drought Response Emergency Cash Transfer to ensure the process is transparent.
Mr. SIAMIBILA said this when he flagged off the Emergency Cash Transfer in Nyawa - Kazungula district.
He said those in charge of the process should not put relatives at the expense of deserving members of the community.
Mr. SIAMIBILA said the emergency cash transfer will benefit close to five thousand five hundred households in Kazungula District.
