Proffen har montert plater på tvers av spikerslag. Ingen sjanse å feste plater med 15cm avstand som han sier skal gjøres.
Hvordan gjør du det der ekektriker har montert takboks for lampe?

Can you mount these over existing plasterboard on the ceiling? I am looking to redo the ceiling in my basement as it will be turned into a movie room and the previous owner did a terrible job of taping and plastering the ceiling. I was going to redo it but after seeing the Forestia plate system I think I might instead just put it on top of the existing plasterboard and put a soundproofing layer in between. I can easily mark up the ceiling with my chalk line to determine where the joists and cross beams are for mounting the screws so I am not worried about that.

Hi,
Yes you can install Premium Ceiling panels on existing ceiling. It is essential that the underlay is perfectly straight. Any unevenness in the framework must be corrected before installation. Hei, vi anbefaler treskrue med senkehode 3,0/35mm eller tilsvarende.
Well, now you installed the roof plates on top of the walls. That means, whenever you need to lets say cables under the plates you need to destroy the walls as well (as you have no chance to reach the skrews).
So, why didn't you install the plates that way you could easily remove them even afterwards?
But thats how you are supose to do it
@@pegz9280 So, that means destroying even the walls when having to draw new cables in the ceiling...
@@WolframWebers in Scandinavia we use conduit, so we dont need to rip things apart, just pull new cables through.
@@rawland8050 Well, I live in Sweden in a house from 1946. Believe it or not, not every one of its previous owners used conduits. I was seriously pissed when I had to take down everything and realized they used ordinary cables.
