Joshua is a modern English version of the name Jesus, should we be calling out their mothers? I think intention is really important and like she said, she’s not claiming her son as THE messiah. Us Christians should really be spending more time on evangelising rather than abusing people who already have some interest in the bible. Both my girls have Hebrew names from the Bible and so do I. When I had I son I was going to name him Messiah.
