The grandparents are not tossed in a retirement center and the children are raised by a village (parents and grandparents)... you don’t think blood relatives won’t put more time and effort into raising the kids than what you’d see at a daycare? A daycare is not the same thing because there are so many kids... it’s about feeding them, giving them naps, and making sure they are out of danger. In a family environment, it’s more engaging where there is constant learning (pointing out different flowed, bugs etc.).
