if y'all say Pastor Jennings wrote his own Bible then y'all obviously don't know the history of the Catholic Church!!!! Well be strong and hold on to God; pray and ask him to strengthen you and help you not to fall as your spouse did. There is no such thing as divorce, this is just something that men brought about. In God's eyes people cannot get divorced. You spouse needs to come to the truth, repent, make it up with you, give his life to God and you should forgive him. First of all your spouse committed adultery by breaking the vows. And if you get remarried you commit adultery also. If he is still remarried, he is living in adultery. It is hard to remain unmarried after your spouse leaves you but you should not make the same mistake as he. So no, you cannot get remarried.

@@monicajames8317 Not in the New Testament, Jesus made changes to the marriage laws. In the Old Testament Moses allowed them to divorce, because they had hardened hearts. Jesus said from the beginning it was not so. He said NO DIVORCE, you can be separated but remain unmarried as long as your husband or wife is alive.
