How does this work with locking out credentials due to multiple failed login attempts?
Lots of services lock out users after just a few failed login attempts.
Also, would 2FA counter this type of attack vector? I guess you could still get the password, but not the OTP.
@NullByte, it would be interesting to see how you would protect against some of these attacks yourself. For example, in this scenario, for SSH would you just use key authentication, MFA or both? Explaining blue team methods might also help with youtube being more tolerant to your content ;)

If you think a locked out user maybe a problem then try a password every 5 - 10 minutes, cool down for wrong attempts, slow and steady wins the race.
Also good question I would like to know the offensive tactics.

more crap I've been using the tools included with Kali Linux for over 20 years most of them don't scan ipv6 .....Kali Linux is not cutting edge. You all are tools for using anything but custom programs. If you can't build it you don't understand it!
