Nice lovely 😍 house 🏠 but the essential thing missing is a laundry room with a sink and a washer and dryer. It's so much better and convenient than just placing a washer in the kitchen.

Nice question. Normally inner toilets can use exhaust fans that will be vented towards the roof. Plus it takes care of the area humidity & mold control.
seeing the kitchen from the living room is disgusting and removes the surprise of specially created treats for the family or even stopping the spread of the smells of teaching people how to cook. Not to mention the limiting of potential fire spread and smoke damage. There are many many reasons for a kitchen being a separate room.
Open concept is what's in now. The whole point of an open concept is for moms in the kitchen cooking can still keep an eye on their little ones...not to mention it makes the house look bigger without all the wall divisions.
