this is a GREATTT list and I'm also totally planning on diversifying my reading next year and trying to read a wider range of books instead of sticking to comfort reads (aka romance lol)
So many amazing books here!! Nightingale, Remarkably Bright Creatures, Legendborn, Lovely War, The Book Thief, Irregular Witches, Half a Soul and AJ Fikry! And many of these are also on my general TBR, haha. Let’s hope we can both tackle our physical TBR and find some new favorites in 2025 😊
THE BOOK THIEF!!!!! I read that book when i was like 13 and it destroyed me but it’s also my favorite book ever i really hope you get to it and enjoy it!! ❤️❤️❤️
I have been trying constantly to get into the night circus 🎪 however I just can’t seem to get into it plus I have no idea what it is but I so badly want to like the book and I’m unsure why so I plan to give it one more shot next year hoping that this time I will like it; I just need to put myself in the right headspace to read it this time 😊I didn’t care for the book thief and omg the movie of the book thief was so sad and got me in my feelings. I didn’t finish the Thrown of Glass series either and I read that book about 4 or 5 years ago I think. I plan to check out the very secret society of irregular witches and that cover looks very nice. Thanks for sharing your book choices and Happy Holidays to you 🎄🎄
I looooooved Half a Soul! I think what made it so special for me was the way it talked about the cruelty of the world. What do you do when people are apathetic to the suffering of those around you? When the world needs to be fixed, but no one seems interested in fixing it? I hope you love it too!
I personally did not love tomorrow and tomorrow and tomorrow nearly as much as everyone else. it wasn’t bad i just didn’t connect with the main characters that well
@@micslibrary Very true, but I see so many people loving it, and I feel I might have judged to harshly. But I also don't care to try it again 😬 I do hope you love it though!
