adjusting shocks wont help ... i have a raider 150 and its adjusted as high it can get .. but still some of the humps are really high that it still scrape under my exhaust elbow ..
I rarely encounter that on my zoomer. Have a better shock where it can handle more weight that might actually help you. My current shock as far as i remember it can handle at least 90kg before it will budge to compress. It's a bit stiffer tho.

You can actually just adjust the shock i guess to a 300 to 350mm to raise it up... honda zoomer fatty setup user here.
