Such a beautiful place. I appreciate that your a responsible dog owner. As someone with a reactive dog to other dogs I need to have him on a leash, and I love that your respectful and will stop and leash Odin. There are a lot of people who don't which does not help my dogs anxiety at all. 👍🐶
Have you tried taking him to a dog school for a doggie playdates? That way he learns normal doggy behaviour in a controlled environment and might not be afraid of other dogs.
Julia Graf I have. Unfortunately he was quite seriously attacked as a puppy by another dog. So I do as much training that I can but he still isn't trust worthy enough to do off leash where he may run into other dogs. Poor guy.
I love when you go over your nutrition. I love the fact you try new things.. You are always changing it and experimenting. I am the same. There are times where honestly cannot bear the idea of eating meet so I go vegetarian for a while etc. Always changing it and listening to my body and try to have a balanced diet regardless

Hi Julia,regarding running pants, you can add laces, make a small hole and add very long and wide using a safe pin:) if the waist band it's duble. Very good trick that I use. Hope that help!

Oh my god seriously about the stomach line of running pants. I'm constantly tugging up some of my pairs of pants. Usually about halfway through my run they'll settle in the right place (or I give up yanking them up)

Surprisingly I love Victoria secret pants. They are thick so perfect for fall. I do crossfit and they stay up during the really rigorous workout. However, I'm shorter so I don't know if they'll work for you but I do believe they have different lengths. Love them.

But with Lulu I have no problems. They also do drawstring and lining, but I don't know if their designated running pants are over the bellybutton, but I have a pair with the big side pockets that can fit my iPhone 8 Plus, so they might be worth a look (just wait for the sales! Bought so many of them in June-July at half price)

I always look, try stuff on, then leave without purchasing. I just don't think their stuff is worth the money, honestly these pants are much better in quality I find. :)
I think for running the Salomon looks like the type. I remember a long time ago you tried to find replacements. I decided to go for Lulu when I couldn't find any pants that stayed opaque, no matter if it was cheap pants from Primark or from Nike. I mainly weightlift so that's my purpose. I think if pants run from XS-L, I seem to fall in-between a M and a L, which means either they're less opaque or ill-fitting, not something that makes me feel confident at the gym. Also I find that in Edinburgh, there's few stores where you can find proper gym gear, and not just fashion pants, as you say. Same with gym shoes.

Do those pants sag or anything? Most pants i try that have a higher rise in them tend to just fall back to my low rise spot, if that makes sense. So i end up with sagging pants or a lot of fabric bunching. Definitely fit all the other things im looking for in a pant as well! So happy you found one you like!
Hi Julia, i want d to ask you since you were talking about the running pants, are you still dealing with urticaria? Is your running gear affect it at all?I have dermatitis atopic and running or rapid movement gets me super itchy and red and I can't breath, so I understand some of the struggle. Have a nice day.
+Jazr1991 I still have pressure urticaria but I'm taking a fairly high dosage of medication to suppress the symptoms. I get outbreaks now and then but not from running. Hope you find a solution!
Don't be surprised if his recall gets worse as he gets older (teenager phase), use food or toy rewards for him coming back to you, be sure to hold his collar briefly and release him again, so he doesn't build the expectation that every time you call him, he gets grabbed + leashed every time and the fun ends. I see a lot of people make this mistake so I just thought I'd mention it. Beautiful, lucky boy he is to have found you! :)

Not only a sheer workout gear, but also clothing in general. Leggins for example (just regular ones) are almost ALL see through. Fabric is becoming thinner and thinner. Ugh so annoying.

Get these! Seriously, I know that tugging issue, it is a pain in the butt and makes the runs really annoying.
