U2 is my favorite band, and I'm in agreement with you. I am not offended. I'm impressed. This is the best U2 cover my ears have heard. Disturbed has developed a monopoly on covers. They have little, in the way of competition, concerning this.
Being a huge Faith No More, Genesis, and U2 fan, I think Disturbed do great covers. It amazes me how they can put their own spin on their respective songs and still make them consistent with their own music.
wow, i feel old. obviously anyone born before 86' would appreciate this song. most metalheads were still in the nuttsack. but here we are now years l8r, rather than ending up on our forefather's happy tissues. awesome disturbedesque remake.
I bought this album the day it came out but never really listened to this track till a few days ago. Like all the other covers they've done so far, its just remarkably better then the original!!! And I knew both Land Of Confusion and Living After Midnight's original versions before I was even into Disturbed but their versions of covers just kick too much ass!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I love this track, I am so glad that I bought the deluxe version for this song because it really is an amazing cover. Then again, all of Disturbed's covers are brilliant because they are one of the best bands ever! :D
im impressed that disturbed did a cover of ishfwilf.....this means that disturbed respect u2 despite the fact that its different kind of music....u see mates???music has no borders...:)))
This is definitely not a typical Disturbed song/cover and all I have to say is HOLY FUCK did they impress me with this one. I seriously got chills at the chorus. Definitely did not expect this to sound like this.
this song is just representing the fact that they have much more to bring to the table even after so many number one songs. it may not be what you expect, but its still good and sends a clear message
Holy Shit. Disturbed covered this song? Holy fucking shit. O_O And it sounds, fucking AMAZING! Truly shows that Disturbed has no real walls or limitations to what they can do.
It gives it a rythmic feeling to all us metal fans out there, but for someodd reason i still love the original one from U2. But i will not deny, Disturbed can make one hell of a cover >:D
Hmm... On my Asylum album, the last song is named "Leave it Alone" and yet it actually plays this song but with an extra 1 and 1/2 minutes of blank at the start.
To be honest, when I stumbled across it, it scared the crap out of me. I was absorbed in my work and forgot to skip back to the first song because of the irritating 1:36 of silence.
This song is a good end to the album in my opinion..People have been questioning thi band as to what we can expect from them after 4 #1 albums and the release of their DvD..is there anything left to achieve?? Draiman always says there is still plenty to achive or in this case after all these years they still havent found what they're looking for..they will continue on aiming to raise the bar!! Disturbed FTW
@foxrider1054 I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For. U2 did it first on their album The Joshua Tree. The song is actually an old Gospel Tune they covered for the album, it wasn't an original song.
@SMDB82 I wouldnt say Disturbed has gone downhill, Infact, in my personal opinion, i reckon their new album is their best. But i do agree with you that this cover isnt that great. I never actually liked the original song much in the first place anyway.
@InAmericaForLife They have done a lot of covers. Shout 2000, Land of Confusion, Midlife Crisis, Fade to Black, Living After Midnight, and they are all AWESOME!
@NZer0Productions normal it's a bonus track on every copy of the cd, hard copy or digital. being a bonus track they put a big freaking blank in the middle
Oh my i got this album for christmas and i thought the cd was over but i just left it and this song came up and scared the shit outta me but its a good song, like it better then most bands who play this :)
this is very nice its interesting to see disturbed perform a slightly different type of song :D (the truth is its NOT very different from what they ussually sing... imo at least) at any rate they are still AWESOME :D
@mrfutureawesomerocke artists do that sometimes, just to make it kind of a hidden song or something, like green day did "all by myself" at the end of "f.o.d."
Wow.. Disturbed seriously needs to do a whole cover album, they own it..
That’s exactly what Weezer did.
Disturbed always does pretty cool covers. Shout, Land of Confusion, and this.
Brenden Bozarth they also covered Simon & Garfunkel and Faith No More
MasterWithEyesOfBlue333 I realised after I listened to the Judas Priest one
As of 3 years ago they hadn't.
also sting's if i ever lose my faith in you
I'd love to hear them cover Falco's "Rock Me Amadeus"!
Why is it that every cover Disturbed makes of old songs is so damn awesome and, in my opinion, BETTER than the original songs?
U2 does a great cover of this.
LOL
I know, right? U2 even used their time machine to record their cover in 1987! Crazy!!
LOL
U2 is my favorite band, and I'm in agreement with you. I am not offended. I'm impressed. This is the best U2 cover my ears have heard. Disturbed has developed a monopoly on covers. They have little, in the way of competition, concerning this.
Haha yes
A man who can sing anything. He makes this song so much better
A classic that only U2 would be proud of. If there's a definition of ruling the roost, it's this cover of U2's classic gem.
I love U2, but this.....this is amazing. Love how they modified the chords to fit their style.
Listening to this while trying to find something I lost in my room. :(
Well…did you find it?
@@brodywilliamson5678 Damn, I don't think so... But I found happiness! Duck yea \m/
I honestly think that Disturbed does some of the best covers I have ever heard.
DJ Wody Agree. The Sound of Silence, Shout 2000, and Midlife crisis are other good examples
DJ Wody agreed, they put their twist on it, but don’t butcher it, you can still hear the original underneath, every cover is VERY well done
David has the best voice in metal. Change my mind.
Devin townsend :) But Draiman is also epic :)
I mean he doesn't have the range of some vocalists in heavier or more technical subgenres but he's p alright as far as this particular kind goes
when Disturbed covers a song, it's their song now.
No u2 is still better lol
@@buddystiles8454 hard disagree
not really this is the first i have heard of this and to be honest..........meh
Totally agree
For sure
Being a huge Faith No More, Genesis, and U2 fan, I think Disturbed do great covers. It amazes me how they can put their own spin on their respective songs and still make them consistent with their own music.
I'm a 56 year old woman and I LOVE Disturbed.
Gilf
I am 60 and love Disturbed, cool grandpa
Rock on everyone
I'm 57 and I jam disturbed in my Tesla everyday. Teenagers are giving me thumbs up and I don't think it's the car.
60
wow, i feel old. obviously anyone born before 86' would appreciate this song. most metalheads were still in the nuttsack. but here we are now years l8r, rather than ending up on our forefather's happy tissues. awesome disturbedesque remake.
I swear I’ve pulled this song up on Spotify a million times and figured it was just silence. Never heard audio until just now, wild
11 years after and still listening to this amazing song!!
David Draymond is bad ass he makes cover songs sound better than the original songs keep up the good work
Heard this song at my local game store. I wrote the song down and metal cover. And who do I find?
Disturbed. Awesome.
They've hidden a treasure from us, but we find it and it's perfect
Love this version, better than original, & I'm a 65yr old woman. ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
Is this the greatest hidden track of all time?
this song is hust another reminder of the great range of david dreiman's voice: last song id ever expect disturbed to do but this is very good.
I love how disturbed covers are usually better than the original songs...
PhoenixXZY how dare you.
For this song, I think U2 was better than Disturbed.
This is a definitive cover song for disturbed .I love the twist that only they can do and it works.

Y when u listen to the song on spotify there is a min and 30sec of nothing
I gotta admit I did not see this one coming. Freakin epic.
ONLY TO BE WITH YOU!!!!!!
Oh my god, what an amazing cover :*(
im impressed that disturbed did a cover of ishfwilf.....this means that disturbed respect u2 despite the fact that its different kind of music....u see mates???music has no borders...:)))
Is it just me, or can Disturbed bring ANY song justice with their covers?
I love this song
This is definitely not a typical Disturbed song/cover and all I have to say is HOLY FUCK did they impress me with this one. I seriously got chills at the chorus. Definitely did not expect this to sound like this.
Oooh, it's a hidden track? No wonder there's a minute of nothing on my iTunes version xD
Damn good version!!!
Incredible.
Hear me out, everybody...
Frank Sinatra's My Way, covered by Disturbed.
Just think, such sweet melody
Such a good cover!
Best remake of this song EVER? I think so.
I hope they now found what they have been looking for.
this song is just representing the fact that they have much more to bring to the table even after so many number one songs. it may not be what you expect, but its still good and sends a clear message
I love singing this song. Too bad no one loves listening to me. 🤣
good shit disturbed rocks, nice cover
Wow, never knew they did this....Wow
EPIC gr8 job making the song so metal and epic!
Idc if the original version was kinda dumb for some of us metal lovers, but because disturbed did a cover on it, you have to admit its good:]
@NorrisKrew It means that the song is hidden to avoid detection to the listener.
So you'll need to find it on the CD :)
Probably best cover ever ;>
I love U2, I really do, but I honestly think this cover knocks the original out
Holy Shit. Disturbed covered this song? Holy fucking shit. O_O And it sounds, fucking AMAZING! Truly shows that Disturbed has no real walls or limitations to what they can do.
I like the covers that Disturbed does, they always do a great job! Stop hating, if you dont like it, stop listening to them.
great cover!
Is disturbed done or are they going to make any more albums????
It gives it a rythmic feeling to all us metal fans out there, but for someodd reason i still love the original one from U2. But i will not deny, Disturbed can make one hell of a cover >:D
Never was a fan of u2 but I liked this song, now I have a favorite version
Hmm...
On my Asylum album, the last song is named "Leave it Alone" and yet it actually plays this song but with an extra 1 and 1/2 minutes of blank at the start.
mine is called Down with the sickess Live... also starts after a minute
To be honest, when I stumbled across it, it scared the crap out of me. I was absorbed in my work and forgot to skip back to the first song because of the irritating 1:36 of silence.
these A leaguers have that knack for covering a song and making it sound better, credit to them.
Disturbed FTW
best u2 cover evar
This brings back memories :)
THE BEST COVER OF A SONG EVER!
wow, just wow, this song is good
JK. This is a great cover. They always have the best covers.
this is an awesome cover of U2's i still hvent found what im looking for!! Cant wait to see them at uproar!!
@foxrider1054 I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For. U2 did it first on their album The Joshua Tree. The song is actually an old Gospel Tune they covered for the album, it wasn't an original song.
Wow, so would not expect this song from them. It's excellent, don't get me wrong, but unexpected.
haha and to think we sing this song at christian camp, disturbed is funny, love them
@SMDB82
I wouldnt say Disturbed has gone downhill, Infact, in my personal opinion, i reckon their new album is their best. But i do agree with you that this cover isnt that great. I never actually liked the original song much in the first place anyway.
This is surprisingly good given that U2 is completely different music.
is it just me or is this better?
@InAmericaForLife They have done a lot of covers. Shout 2000, Land of Confusion, Midlife Crisis, Fade to Black, Living After Midnight, and they are all AWESOME!
wait so this is not disturbed's song?
Im glad you edited out that minute of nothing haha 😂 why Did Disturbed do that?
So much better than the original. Quite the roller coaster ride
@NZer0Productions normal it's a bonus track on every copy of the cd, hard copy or digital. being a bonus track they put a big freaking blank in the middle
this is a badass cover of this song
this song is better known from U2, but this version is much better
David has out done himself again :) This song fuckin rocks!
There's always a choice, just never had the guts to make the right one.
A Disturbed cover of U2, now that's awesome. Disturbed doe's it better as well.
Oh my i got this album for christmas and i thought the cd was over but i just left it and this song came up and scared the shit outta me but its a good song, like it better then most bands who play this :)
They should do where the streets have no names
VERY EFFECTIVE!!!
10X better than the original, keep rockin guys
melhor versão
@lilnicky492 The only song Disturbed covered that seemed to fit with the theme of their album is Land of Confusion off of Ten Thousand Fists!
15 people didn't realize that Ishfwilf was an acronym of the original song's name.
great song, but i just found what i was looking for :]
wow.. that was unexpected. i like it! (Especially after comparing the original, and i like the part where he kind of small screams.//
@NZer0Productions It's normal. This song is one of bonuses, that's why it's cut off from main track lineup.
wow...amazing...great cover..hell its practically a new song. i think i like this version better!
@nubowns - It's a cover "Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For" by U2.
This song doesn't work on my copy of Asylum, and it's one of the best songs.
this is very nice its interesting to see disturbed perform a slightly different type of song :D (the truth is its NOT very different from what they ussually sing... imo at least)
at any rate they are still AWESOME :D
@sickmaster1000 It's like that on the CD as well, it's about a 2min break.
TAKE THAT BONO!!!
sick solo in this song
@mrfutureawesomerocke artists do that sometimes, just to make it kind of a hidden song or something, like green day did "all by myself" at the end of "f.o.d."
I have found this on my CD but it comes up blank
