Frankenmuth MI - Antique Fire Truck Parade 7-31-10 (GLIAFAA)

Great Lakes International Antique Fire Apparauts Association (GLIAFAA). This parade is part of the Frankenmuth Fire Muster that happens every year on the last Saturday of July, located in Heritige Park right behind the Bavarian Inn Lodge.

Thanks for the nice comments! It would be nice if they would block off the road while the parade is going through. Our truck is going by the camera at 4:27. Yhis was the first year that I did not ride on the truck in the parade. I wanted to video tape it and take pictures too of every truck going by.

A wonderful line-up of fire trucks old and new virtualy a history of firefighting vehicles -the only complaint I have is why did not the police divert traffic on the other side of the road

I Remember the Old Hand Operated Tiller Ladder Truck. I think they used it as a spare ladder truck in Buffalo N. Y. It was about 1956.
