Clerkship and internship esp in OR was no joke. My sister gave up being OBGYN resident coz she has to stand for 12 hours and eat her first meal at around 8pm bcoz of busy OR sched, this is normal esp in Surgery and OB. She can do it mentally but her legs gave up and she said its really painful.
