If you already have a foundation of great genes + taking good care of yourself(lifestyle, diet, exercise, skin care) you can look good for a long time. But there's also just an element of luck. If you're a guy and start losing your hair, it's gonna majorly age you. Lenny is lucky that he was able to keep his hairline intact till this age. I'm sure he dyes his hair and beard. It's impossible to make it to 59 without having significant grey hair.
