mine looks good as new, could it be just an old battery (was doing great, i noticed the charge percentage got stuck at 72, i didn't take to much notice, after some hours the phone turns off(low battery assumed) went to charge it but then this this happened.)

It can also be that your battery disconnected from the phone itself
