The hair condition is called Poliosis, it causes patches of white and grey hair.
The different coloured eyes is caused by heterochromia.

I actually have a friend who also have this condition but it's not all of his hair it's just his right eyebrow thats white, and I'll probably not gon be able to stop seeing my friend when I'm watching this anime.

The author of wind breaker, satoru nii, is a big fan of tokyo revengers and used to make fanarts of the characters. It’s very likely that tokyo revengers is one of the inspirations for wind breaker, which is why it gives off a similar vibe.

“Heterochromia” is when you have differently colored eyes or eyes that have more than one color.
I was thinking the same thing with the hair as well.

The main character feels like a WAY more complex Takemichi who knows how to throw hands and doesn't really give a fuck 90% of the time. And I love it.

Author probably got inspiration from Tokyo Revengers but overall, story is more reminiscent of Crows Zero. It's nostalgic to see just straight up fights and action like what we get back then.
For anyone reading further, I remember a japanese series back then(live action) with mc being 2 or 4th rank,(can't remember which) but basically just a fighting story with some powers but not too ridiculous. TIA

Yeah I really enjoyed the first episode a lot, it looks like it's gonna be another banger anime, the opening is catchy and a vibe, also the fights go hard! I love the scene where Haruka was struggling to raise his head to look at the girl he saved along with the other people he saved, I really loved how the shot that scene showing it from his perspective. Yeah I'm definitely gonna be watching more of this for sure!
