Very nice. I will have to try both types soon. As you might see from my picture, I have learned a lot from your previous hydrangea video. However, I have developed a technique to print any picture on the paper so it folds to a complete picture.
That was an 1 hour roller-coaster of emotions. Not the best pick of my first origami harder than a swallow. Only did 2 layers bc my paper unfortunately is quite small and thick.
imakuniaw Ah, just don't fold it from cellophane. :) Or simply wait for tomorrow's video. You can prep today by cutting 30 sheets into 1 by 3 strips (e.g. 2 in by 6 in). Did I give away too much?
Eeek! Another one that I won't be attempting. I went ahead and did the Versalhes Ksudama, with all of those 60 sheets. A while later, I attempted a 2nd one, as gift to a friend... and I just couldn't bring myself to fold all of those 60 sheets again. To this date, it's still there. Everything is folded, but I'm lacking the spirit to make the assembly.... those modulars............
And just in case you're wondering, yes, this is a special video. Another tutorial will go online tomorrow. :)
Meenakshi Mukerji: Thank you for this little gem with color-change.
