If you do your research on special needs, you’ll learn that they are very manipulative people. Also, horrible liars in my opinion. As soon as they’re grown, they become a bigger issue depending on the severity of the situation. I can’t even imagine how many times they went looking for her. I worked with adults like her who are child like.

In a way I do understand why Ruby said she was not going to move Cat in with her being that Cat has gotten them kicked out of 3 different places. Sorry y'all..... she knew what it was like staying with Cat more than we do. Ruby probably wanted a place of stability for herself and she knew she could not have that staying with Cat. You can care for someone but after a while if the other person is doing things that causes you to contiuously fall, you have to make a decision. BUT IT IS A DIFFERENT STORY IF SHE USED CAT MONEY THOUGH!

Cat really wasn't Miss Innocent nahh...but she still had a heart of gold but to the wrong people who didn't deserve her kindness. I also believe Cat didn't want to receive much medical treatment was because she was tired and let's be real... tried to being mistreated by many...hell in a sense who could of blamed her. Local I disagree with the live. Because that girl was trying to help Cat she took Cat 3 different places the lady said Cat didn't respect the ppl house. We knew Cats attitude. Then the lady plainly stated the ppl was getting Cat check she said she told Cat do promos to make money because Cat wasn't seeing her money. She was the only one at the hospital with Cat at the end. We can't blame this stuff on that girl. Cat decided to live her life how she wanted. Cat was any and every where with ppl just like Shamar. That's it that's all. Blame her family if you wanna blame anybody. Cat had a plenty of sense. She never went live crying saying that girl did anything to her. She always cried ant the family doing evil to her. This is on Cat and her family. Stop blaming other folks.
