Just keep showing up, even when you don’t feel like it, and you will reach levels of skill that you’d never think you were ever capable of. Not only on the mat, but in every day life, you will be able to conquer situations that may seem impossible to most people. Beginning my training has changed my life in the best ways and I will be forever grateful for my Professor Will Couchon of Couchon BJJ Academy. And Thank you Joe Hogan 😉and Jean Jacques Machado for this insightful and inspirational conversation. OSS!!! 🙏🏼🤙🏼🦂
In our RGA Astoria NY we actually have a Jiu-Jitsu specific strength training by one of the coaches that we recently start 2-3 months ago. It helped tremendously with people who are planning to compete, and since we started that, most competitors have collected gold medals. 🔥🔥🔥
I think we’re going to have to call this WTF Monday! Legendary Listening!

Jean Jacques seems to be a guy of honor and respect. I think it would really be awesome to have someone like him as a mentor.
I'm still trying to figure out why he said we say Rio like that😂😂😂
OH, so that's why Joe called Vitor "Viktor" in the post fight interview after he absolutely demolished Tank Abbott
Adamack Beats yeah, that was his actual name
Oooohh shit! That's right
@Flatulence The Unending I'm almost certain he was addressing him by name. I haven't seen it in awhile though
I'm only halfway through this one and sad they haven't brought up one of the greats, Renato Laranja.
The true GOAT
Dude I was thinking the same thing
